Orders and Shipping
Most countries and regions can be delivered within 7-15 days by standard shipping way,3-7 days by express shipping way.
- You can click the Register link, fill in your email address, and complete the registration.
If you want to change the order address, please contact us in time. We can adjust it before the order is dispatch.
You can track your order status at My Account-Orders.
We not keep my credit card information,the payments are completed on third-party payment company websites, such as PayPal, etc.
Some countries (based on actual display) require VAT payment in advance, we will payment the VAT to the tax department of your country through an agent. but If the agent fails to payment the VAT, please contact us in time, we will refund the VAT that you pay, or provide products/coupons of the same price as compensation
if your address is available when you place the order, we will ship it normally.if not, you can contact us check it.
Usually we ship it in one package, but sometimes we may split it into multiple packages because the one package is too large.

We will kindly ask for a photo of wrong item, and we will give the refund about wrong items, or some other ways compensation.
We make every effort to securely package our orders. However, on occasion, items can get damaged in transit. Please get in touch immediately if your order has not arrived in perfect condition so that we can resolve this for you and ensure a replacement order is sent out to you as soon as possible.
We will kindly ask for a photo of both the damaged item and the damage to the packaging, to support a damaged parcel claim with the courier service.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Returns are only accepted within 30 days of receiving your delivery from us.
To start the returns process, please contact us at support@tomfabric.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The cost of return postage is covered by you unless otherwise agreed.

To cancel an order, make sure that you contact us immediately. If the order has already been dispatched we cannot alter/cancel your order.
