Refunds:
To cancel an order, make sure that you contact us immediately. If the order has already been processed and dispatched we cannot alter/cancel your order. Make sure that you alert us as soon after completing your order as you can and we will try to agree to a solution.
If you are not satisfied with the parcel you ordered and want to refund because of our negligence, please email us and give us enough evidence and we will get back to you by email in 48 hours. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Customer is responsible for the return postage because the freight cost is so high. Sincerely we advice you to replace a new order of equal value and we resend it for you; If the parcel that is tainted by mistake and damaged because of you, refund is unacceptable. Thanks for your understanding.
Return:
1. Returns result of your personal reasons, such as your dislike, the wrong size or wrong color, freight should be beared by you.
2. If you receive the parcel that is tainted by mistake and damaged because of our negligence, please contact with our online customer service right away, we will check information with the warehouse and then take prompt action. However, if the parcel is tainted by mistake and damaged because of artificial factors, we regret that we cannot accept the return.
3. Due to the difference of computer display, light and other unforeseeable factors, 5% color difference should be acceptable.
We strongly recommend that you order a sample before ordering a batch order just to make sure that the fabric is what you think. If you have a problem, please contact us as soon as possible.
